At Moove Cars, we believe that employment is one of the most powerful tools to create real opportunities and transform lives.
With this conviction, we hosted a new training session of the Fundación Integra Strengthening School at our headquarters in Madrid, aimed at people at risk of social exclusion and/or with disabilities.
During this session, nine employee volunteers from different Moove Cars departments shared their experience and knowledge through three key workshops designed to improve participants’ employability.
In total, 15 people took part in this edition, which was created to strengthen motivation, enhance skills and bring participants closer to the labour market.
Three practical workshops to move towards employment
Throughout the day, we delivered the following workshops:
- “Motivating Change”, focused on strengthening self-esteem, identifying personal strengths and facing new professional challenges with confidence.
- “Your Active Job Search Plan”, aimed at providing practical tools to organise a job search and approach recruitment processes with greater confidence.
- “Basic Digital Skills”, designed to improve essential digital competences, which are increasingly necessary in today’s labour market.

All workshops followed a practical and participatory approach, enabling attendees to apply what they learned to real-life situations.
A commitment turned into action
During the session, we welcomed participants and highlighted our commitment to social inclusion and the creation of real employment opportunities, as well as the key role played by our corporate volunteering programme in initiatives like this.
From Fundación Integra, Director of Communication and Institutional Relations, thanked us for our involvement and highlighted how the time, dedication and expertise of our volunteers help strengthen motivation, confidence and skills among people at risk of social exclusion and/or with disabilities.

Real and lasting impact
This initiative is part of the ongoing collaboration we have maintained with Fundación Integra since 2023. Since then, we have supported the employment of 75 people in cities such as Madrid, Alicante, Barcelona, Málaga, Mallorca, Seville, Valencia and Zaragoza.
In addition, through our corporate volunteering programme, since 2023 we have delivered 16 workshops, involved 23 volunteers, and contributed to the training of 172 people at risk of social exclusion and/or with disabilities in Madrid, Mallorca and Barcelona.
Moving forward together
With initiatives like this, we reaffirm our commitment to inclusive employability and to building a fairer, more diverse and inclusive society. We will continue working alongside Fundación Integra to foster talent, build confidence and support people on their journey towards a professional future.
Because at Moove Cars, mobility also moves opportunities.
