Young Talents Program

How many times have you heard a young person say they can’t get hired because they don’t have experience? That if companies don’t give young people the opportunity to build that experience, they will never be able to get a job? Well, at Moove Cars we have a program dedicated precisely to that.

What is the Young Talents Program?

A major issue we face today is the lack of experience among young people and the limited initiative from companies to help address it. That’s why at Moove Cars we created the Young Talent Program.

This program is a training initiative for young people without prior experience, offering them a minimum one‑year employment opportunity. The goal is that, before the end of that year, they obtain a permanent contract, with the possibility of relocating to our European and U.S. bases.

When did this idea come about?

Around 2024, we began considering the possibility of giving an opportunity to young people who had just finished their university studies and who, due to their lack of experience, found it more difficult to secure a job.

Therefore, in December of that same year, the selection process began, extending until mid‑2025, during which 32 young talents joined the program.

What results have we achieved with this program?

Currently, our young talents have grown within the company, and some of them have even taken on managerial roles within their departments.

I’ve been able to grow, I’ve met great colleagues I can rely on, and I was welcomed in a really wonderful way.

We spoke with one of our young talents, who shared a bit about their experience. This young talent highlights the positive work environment and the opportunities for advancement within the company.

They told us that during the program they participated in activities and competitions designed to strengthen relationships among colleagues, and that their first week was dedicated exclusively to training for the role.

If you’re interested in joining this adventure, we’ll announce on our social media channels when the application process opens again.
